I am Osemene but you can call me "Omene". I am a Nigerian based in the Grand Canyon State! I love Jesus, my husband, good food, skincare and all things interior decor. I love to create beauty; hence why Gracious Hands came to be. My guilty pleasure includes shopping at target, enjoying Tres leches from dessert gallery and endlessly browsing through Pinterest. Outside of hairstyling, you will find me improving teenage health outcomes through positive youth development strategies. My Story
What began as a passion for creating elegant looks for myself and friends has blossomed into a bridal styling service dedicated to making every woman elegant on her special day!
I remember the first time I did an updo it literally took no time or extra effort, but got so many compliments- That was when I knew I had been blessed with a talent that will serve many in the near future. The more I styled the better I got and the more people started noticing and asking me to help style their hair for special occasions like weddings, photoshoots and engagements. As more weddings began happening around me, especially in the church I belonged to, I noticed a lack of stylists who were specially skilled in natural hair styling. Burdened with the desire to see my natural sisters looking good without breaking the bank, I took a huge step of faith and launched Gracious Hands to allow me give the kind of service and style I believe every bride deserves. Most importantly, I use each styling appointment as a time to also speak life, prayers and blessings over my bride- a special gift I like to give to every client as they begin their journey to forever. I have seen brides go from nervous to calm, feeling beautiful, brimming with joy and excitement to walk down the aisle- that's the power of a gracious hand!
